Mary Allnutt
Founder & CEO
Mary Allnutt is a highly accomplished professional who graduated from Arizona Global University in 2016, earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in human resourcing. She began her career in addiction medicine as a clinical technician at White Deer Run, where she gained valuable experience in assisting individuals struggling with substance abuse. Seeking to expand her expertise, Mary joined Bell Family Shelter as a Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Case Manager, further enhancing her skills in providing comprehensive care to vulnerable populations. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she was promoted to the role of substance use counselor at GEO ADDAPT, an opportunity she embraced with enthusiasm and commitment. In 2023, Mary founded A Better Choice Behavioral Healthcare Services, a testament to her unwavering passion for improving the lives of those affected by mental health and addiction issues. With her solid academic background, diverse professional experience, and entrepreneurial spirit, Mary Allnutt continues to make a significant impact in the field of behavioral healthcare.
John Allnutt
Chief Operation Officer
John Allnutt is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and management roles. As the Chief Operating Officer at A Better Choice Behavioral Healthcare Services and a dedicated kitchen manager at a non-profit organization serving free daily meals, John’s commitment to excellence shines through. His educational background in business management from ITT Technical Institute has equipped him with the skills needed to excel in his career. Notably, his exceptional work in overseeing the quality control department of a carpentry fabrication shop stands out as a testament to his leadership abilities. By developing an operational policy and procedures manual, John significantly enhanced efficiency, safety, and product quality. With over five years of successful entrepreneurial experience as a general contractor, specializing in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work, John’s unwavering dedication to his craft and exceptional leadership qualities make him an indispensable asset to both his community and any team fortunate enough to work alongside him.

Luis Santiago serves with distinction as a Marketing Assistant for A Better Choice Behavioral Healthcare Services.
